CTU: SURVEY ON CANTEEN PREFERENCE

People’s taste vary on the types of foods, gusto in some delicacies into some food stations. Students in Cebu Technological University Main Campus choose food shops or canteens upon taking their lunch.
In the two chosen canteens found inside the campus, six first year students of Hospitality Management are one of the usual degree eaters in the Multi- Purpose Canteen or verbally known as “Orange Canteen” for its accessibility and observed cleanliness to the foods and products as the say.
In the second canteen which is the Food Preparation Canteen, few students of Bachelor in Elementary Education I-4 opt to eat in this canteen for the foods are cheaper compared to the other canteen which they can afford to purchase such.
Aside from the available canteens in CTU, there are also various “carenderias” found outside the school. These are the Joraj Carenderia and the Dolly Foodhouse. Some first students of Industrial Technology major in Computer Technology prefer to eat in Dolly Foodhouse for they can save in this carenderia due to its low pricing rate yet has the delicious taste of foods according to them.
In Joraj Carenderia, the Bachelor of Science in Development Communication 2-A students are the largest number of students who locate themselves in this food station for lunch because the foods are affordable, they can save, eat much and well and has the variety of options of viands.
While CTU students matter differently, they also have the aspect of having a preference of foods and food stations to pacify their desire of taste.
