• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup low fat sour cream or plain low fat yogurt
Place together the seafood and vegetables in a bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise with the sour cream or yogurt include herbs, garlic and lemon juice. If you wish to add salt or pepper, put it into the dressing mixture. If the dressing is ready, pour it over seafood and vegetable mixture and mix until it is coated and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
